Four other
marks are included in: ‘More Roycroft
Metal’, K McConnell, Schiffer Books 1995, 128pp
Second volume devoted to a brief history of the Roycroft
and Avon copperworks together with many examples of products and values.
The middle
period mark was similar to the early mark but the tail of the 'R' was straight.
This 'R' in a circle is made up of individual punch marks.
It was used by 'Gregorian' copper to indicate that the design was registered,
not that the item was of Roycroft origin. A crisper photo would be
welcome.
